These terms govern your use of Sonner. By accessing the service or calling the API, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
Use of the service
- You must use the API within your plan's rate and quota limits.
- You may not use Sonner to harass individuals, build surveillance systems, or violate any applicable law.
- You are responsible for outreach you send using data or drafts obtained through Sonner, including compliance with anti-spam and consent requirements.
API keys
Keep your sk_live_… keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your keys; revoke any compromised key immediately from the dashboard.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Usage beyond plan limits may be rate-limited. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
Acceptable data use
Sonner aggregates publicly available information. You agree to use it only for legitimate professional purposes and to honor opt-out and erasure requests surfaced through the service.

The service is provided "as is." Profile data is synthesized from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date; verify before relying on it for consequential decisions.
